What is Our Academy?
Our Academy is the Christian education and leadership training arm of Gods Love Christian Ministries (GLCM). It provides structured, Bible-based teaching, ministry training, and leadership development through a guided learning pathway known as The 3 Tiers.
What are “The 3 Tiers”?
The 3 Tiers represent the progressive learning structure of Our Academy:
Tier 1 – School of Biblical Studies:
Biblical foundations, doctrine, and scriptural understanding.Tier 2 – School of Ministry:
Ministry activation, calling, spiritual gifts, and service.Tier 3 – Leadership Academy:
Leadership formation, accountability, stewardship, and governance.
Each tier builds upon the previous one and must be completed in order.
Do I need to be a member of the ministry to enroll?
No. Our Academy is open to both members and non-members who desire a deeper understanding of the Word of God and spiritual growth.
Is there a cost to enroll?
No. There is no tuition or enrollment fee.
Our Academy is offered free of charge as part of our ministry’s mission to teach, equip, and disciple believers.
Is this an in-person or virtual program?
Our Academy is 100% virtual.
All teachings, discussions, and assessments are conducted online.
How is learning structured?
Each program includes:
Study materials provided to students
An assigned supervisor or mentor
Weekly live discussions
End-of-module assessments
This ensures learning is both structured and interactive.
Is Gods Love Christian Ministries registered?
Yes. Gods Love Christian Ministries (GLCM) is a registered, faith-based, non-profit organization.
Do I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes. A Certificate of Completion is issued at the end of each successfully completed course, provided the student attains a minimum passing score of 70% on required assessments.
What score is required to pass a course?
Students must achieve a minimum score of 70% to successfully complete a course and receive a Certificate of Completion.
Are the certificates academic or transferable?
No. Certificates issued by Our Academy:
Are ministry-based certificates, not academic degrees
Do not carry college or university credit
Are not transferable to other academic institutions
They serve as recognition of biblical training, participation, and spiritual formation.
Is the Academy accredited?
No. Our Academy is a ministry training and discipleship program, not an accredited academic institution.
Can I receive certificates for all three tiers?
Yes. Students may receive a Certificate of Completion for each tier they successfully complete:
School of Biblical Studies
School of Ministry
Leadership Academy
Each certificate reflects completion of that specific tier.
Who supervises students?
Each student is assigned a spiritual supervisor or mentor who provides guidance, accountability, and support throughout the program.
Do I have to complete the tiers in order?
Yes. Progression through the tiers is structured and intentional.
Students must complete one tier before advancing to the next.
Does completing a tier guarantee a leadership position?
No. Completion of a tier does not automatically guarantee placement into leadership.
Leadership opportunities are determined by spiritual maturity, character, calling, availability, and ministry needs.
